Products purchased from Diversified Tube Filling or DTFI Market Place does not offer exchanges. For return items purchased on Diversified Tube Filling or DTFI Market Place, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs for returns will not be reimbursed by Diversified Tube Filling or DTFI Market Place unless there was a shipping error or product damage/defect.

Once Diversified Tube Filling or DTFI Market Place receives the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
