For purchases from The Diversified Tube Filling, Inc. (DTFI) Galleria Place, you can return new, unused products for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery. Products purchased at The DTFI Galleria Place does not offer exchanges. The items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging, tags, labels in place and original receipt. For return items purchased on The DTFI Galleria Place, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs for returns will not be reimbursed by The DTFI Galleria Place unless there was a shipping error or product damage/defect.

Once The DTFI Galleria Place receives the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. 

We only accept returns for products purchased at The DTFI Galleria Place and not from any other retailers.

Diversified Tube Filling, Inc. (DTFI) Galleria Place currently ships within the United States and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently accept orders to addresses outside of the United States.

Please expect a delay in processing time during the peak holiday period due to higher volumes (November-December.)

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the following business day. Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses may require additional days.

Economy shipping is free for orders that total $50 or more before taxes after any discounts or promotions have been applied. For orders that are less than $50, there is a $7.25 delivery charge for economy shipping. We also offer Standard shipping for an $8.25 flat rate and 2 Day shipping for a $12.25 flat rate.

 

Economy Shipping
Orders placed by 12 PM EST via Economy Shipping will be delivered within 5-9 business days from the order's ship date. Most Economy Shipping orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Standard Shipping
Orders placed by 12 PM EST via Standard Shipping will be delivered within 4-7 business days from the order's ship date. Most Standard Shipping orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days

2 Day Shipping
Orders placed by 12 PM EST Monday – Friday via 2 Day Shipping will be delivered within 2 business days from the order's ship date. Most 2 Day Shipping orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
